We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be liable for return shipping costs (except in the event of a faulty item) as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We offer exchanges within 14 days from purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Covid has certainly changed the post & shipping game. Please be aware there are still delays with AusPost so we would greatly appreciate your patience in receiving your goodies.
We offer flat rate shipping for all items in our store. We do offer free shipping when you spend over $120.00. This is automatic at checkout.

Please allow up to 3-4 working days for your order to be processed particularly during busy seasons, holidays and new release launches/shop updates.
Once your order is placed you will receive an email of confirmation and once your order has been made and a label is printed you will receive a second email, This will include your tracking, once you've received that email, expect your parcel to be dispatched within 48 hours (minus weekends/holidays) You can then follow the delivery via the Auspost link.
LOCAL DELIVERY/PICK UP
We offer local pick up at our store at 130 Fairy Street Warrnambool. This is totally free.
Once your order has been dropped to the post office it is no longer in my hands. The information that you receive is all the information I receive. If your order has taken multiple weeks to reach you please place your tracking number into AUSPOST website. If urgent please contact us and we will help you sort it out.
